The Court has expressed dissatisfation regarding the content of theCD submitted and observed that some vital information could bemissing. Meanwhile, Bangalore-based Central Forensic ScienceLaboratory (CFSL) has also confirmed the existence three CDs inconnection with the tests.

Justice V. Ramkumar also stated the Joemon Puthenpurackal has noright to interfere with the Abhaya case.

The dead body of Sister Abhaya, was found in the well of Pious XHostel in Kottayam district in the wee hours of March 27, 1992. Thecase, after many twist and turns, is now being investigated by aspecial cell of the CBI. The investigative agency while confirmingthat it was a case of homicide, said it couldn"t pinpoint theculprits in the absence of conclusive evidence.
